Passenger side or drivers side? Most likely it is in the high pressure hose from the pump to the steering sector spraying on the firewall and dripping down. Park it where you will work on it. Fill it up, crank it up, get someone to steer back and forth slowly while you look for the leak with a good flashlight and maybe even a mirror inspection tool. Look fer it!
The power steering reservoir is on the power steering pump.Looking from the front of car it is on the passenger side on front of engine. just to the right of the radiator recovery tank.
In the power steering reservoir... It should be in a container labeled "Power Steering" Under the hood. Usually Its located toward the front (closest to the bumper) or to the side of the engine (one of the fender wells) ---- his is well detailed and illustrated in the Owners Manual - See "Related Questions" below for more On the top of the power steering pump.

On a 2000 Ford Taurus the fuse panel is below and to the left of the steering wheel , by the brake pedal ( also , the power distribution box , which is " live " , is located in the front of the engine compartment near the battery )
