2003 Ford Winstar with a lean code on the computer Dealer wants to replace O rings on the throttle body for about 400 Has anyone else had this problem Vehicle has 55K on it?

First, run far far away from that dealer...
There is a well known and documented problem with 1999-2003 Windstars that cause 'lean codes', 0171 & 0174.
