You have a PCM that going bad. Replace it. You can get it for less than $250 from eBay.
AnswerHave your battery checked. It could be going bad. When the Volt o meter spikes it is usually cause the alternator is trying its hardest to charge the battery and it just isn't taking any charge. This is a common thing.
