A person who can't sleep easily at night might be suffering from a number of factors either Psychological or Physical.
Psychological problems could include outside related issues such as being in debt, or being in fear of the threat of something real like losing your job.
It could also include internal problems such as you've lied to someone and are afraid they might find out, or you feel under pressure for other reasons.
Physical problems could include drug related issues, drinking too much alcohol or even too much coffee or tea. It could more simply result from a poor diet or lack of exercise.

The last thing is that you could have a problem with your mattress. You might want to try a memory foam mattress such as Tempur or try a more affordable Hypnia memory foam mattress.

Honestly, it has a lot to do with how well you sleep. Some people can get well rested sleep and they only have to sleep for five hours a night. You should Google how to get a more rested sleep and there are things you can eat before bed to help you
