Yes you can, but if you take the bar out and just put earrings in the holes may shift in a way or close up a little (taking more of the earring fit), therefore if you try and put the industrial back in you may have a problem. If that is the case just get the 2 different piercings. It is less painful and the healing time is not as long.

to change the earrings approximantly 6 months.
It depends on the location of the piercing. It must be fully healed and then some. They'll usually tell you 6-8 weeks for earrings and at least 2 months for tongue piercings. It depends on the piercing you get :)
it depends how long u had them pierced. it maybe to earlier to change earrings so they havent healed properly meaning the back of the piercing is very tight because it hasn't gotten used to the earrings it depends how long u had them pierced. it maybe to earlier to change earrings so they havent healed properly meaning the back of the piercing is very tight because it hasn't gotten used to the earrings
You have to keep your earrings in for at least 6 weeks before you can take them out or change them.
I change my earrings because of hygiene. I love buying earrings and knowing I'll wear them, and then to match with an outfit. Hope I helped!!
It is probably a reaction to the metal. Change your stud.
Yes. It usually hurts to change any piercing for the first time. Make sure that your new jewelry is internally threaded. External threading can scratch up the inside of your piercing and cause more pain/bleeding. Save the external threading for when it's really healed.
It depends. If you mean to change earrings then 8-12 weeks. If you mean take it out completely so that there is no piercing then about a year or longer. You wont b able to leave out for more than a day without it closing back up
Keep your piercing holes clean. Plain old soap and water is fine, alcohol, or the cleansing solutions they sell at piercing shops are good to use. If you have been using a specific cleansing solution and continue to get infections, you may be using something you're allergic to. Change to alcohol or soap and water. Wash the holes daily and keep the earrings clean as well, washing the posts and backs w/alcohol and a Q-tip or cotton ball. You may allergic to the material used to make certain earrings. Nickel, cadmium, etc. Different metals are used in different jewelry. Try wearing only real gold or only sterling silver, not cheaply made earrings. They make hypo-allergenic earrings for people w/sensitive piercing sites. Let the infection clear up before attempting to wear earrings or the area likely will not heal up as quickly or effectively. Go several days w/o earrings while keeping the holes cleaned and dry. If the area is badly infected, you need to see a doctor. Angie RN
They're jewellery, so girls change them to match their outfits or to put more comfortable earrings in.
