well i bought my 1990 over the summer, i got it as a fixer upper for 100 bucks with a CD player also. white with white top and maroon interior. fixed dents etc. myself.only thing i have replaced is control module(by the kick panel which is basically the computer of the car) and radiator plus all kinds of speakers and CD players. im into all that stuff and sell them locally. my top quit workin after about a couple weeks over the summer when i got it. me and my dad worked on various things on the car. well, all we did was take the platic panel, which you press to make the top go up and down, off and tested out the switch and ended up being good so we strapped a wire to it and ran it under the middle console throught the dash where the radio goes and to the fuse box by the drivers side door and stuck it in a fuse spot then stuck the fuse in to where it wont come out. it works fine. the top works pretty fast and is powerful but just not as much as it would be normally. not enough amperage runnin to it from fuse box because fuse is only 20 amps.
When changing the spark plugs on car for the first time it is important to have a diagram. For a Chrysler Sebring Convertible, a person can find the diagram in the maintenance manual of the car.

this is an open ended question. Is it meant to ask "How to stop people from changing wallpaper?" or "My wallpaper is changing automatically, how can I stop it?" There is no proper answer for this question in its current form.
No. Ignition timing is totally controlled electronically, and changing plugs will not have a direct effect. You can always check it with a timing light if you want, but there's nothing to adjust.
You don't.
Yes.Yes.

No, they should still work.
If it has an electronically controlled engine (if it's fuel injected, then it is), there already is one. Changing the settings requires the ECM to be reprogrammed.
