For a quick answer to your question : Nothing.
The old cards " Referring to the ones made during the late 90's" such as the Base set, Jungle, Fossil.. etc. are only worth whatever someone is willing to pay for it.
The old cards can't be used in tournaments anymore and the fact that yours is in Chinese print makes them even more worthless in North America or Europe.
Your best bet of selling them is on Ebay. The most you will get for them is about maybe $40 - $90 for a 3-inch binder full of them.
On a side note, because most (not all) Chinese Pokemon cards sold in the west are bootlegged, it is very likely that not many people are going to buy them (with the exception of those who are willing to risk using them to cheat in playing with friends).
well they are not worth anything but mabye in 6 years DATE 10/15/12
Of course. When a new set of pokemon games come out, they usually introduce a whole new set of pokemon cards. You can still even buy the older versions but they are much rarer.
If you mean Pokemon card packs than they are small packs of pokemon cards that come in boxes, sets or individuals. But if you are still wondering about What are Packets or Pokemon, there is unfortunately no such thing..... yet.
Well, it breaks free because sleep is just a status condition, so it can still break free. However, sleep is the best status condition that you can give a pokemon if you want it to catch it.
The rarest Pokemon cards are shining Pokemon cards. Basically, these cards would feature a Pokemon illustrated in a different color than normal. In older packs, they would have the word, 'shining' printed next to their name. In the third generation, first released in the set, 'EX Team Rocket Returns', shining cards would have a gold star stamp next to their name. Later on, in the fourth generation, there would be no direct indication next to the name on the card, but the illustrated Pokemon would still be a different color than normal. These cards are very, very, very rare. Normal selling price for a shining card in good condition is ranged from 20 to 25.00. The rarest of these is Shining Charizard released in the second generation Neo Destiny packs, which sells for a whopping 80.00!
EX cards are very good cards. You want them. If you have one, congrats. What it means is that Pokemon card has more HP than a normal card of that Pokemon does. I have an Umbreon EX, and a Groudon EX. =D
It depends on how rare the card actually is.
The first set of cards was released on October 20, 1996, containing 102 cards, if that's what you mean. Pokemon cards are still being made today.
I tjink they do, but they might be in a pack with newer pokemon.
yes you should then when your older sell all your cards for twice as much money as you payed

No. To make sure that we keep on paying money for cards, the official Pokemon people round out or ban all cards from certain packs every now and then. That means you can only use more recent cards in tournaments.

Yes in some stores they do. I dont now why
You can still buy tins that contain up to 4 packs of pokemon cards. You can buy them at stores such as walmart, kmart, or target.

it matters what Pokemon you mean. Most Pokemon evolve by leveling up, others with stones and items, some by friendship or condition (some at certain times), and still more by trading!
