bittersweet/Dark Chocolate is mixed with small amounts of vanilla and sugar. whereas unsweetened chocolate has absolutely no sugar in it therefore bittersweet chocolate is sweeter than unsweetened chocolate.

No. Bitter sweet chocolate has more cocoa in it, which makes it more bitter. Semi sweet chocolate has less cocoa, which makes it sweeter.

I think dark chocolate has a more bitter taste to it. Whereas unsweentened, just has no taste. Same chocolate consistency, probably just tasteless. I don't care for either.
