There are lots of sites that offer you the episodes in their original Japanese form with subtitles + mangas, which usually are better to read because they are ahead of the anime. Lately a lot of good anime have been receiving bad voice actors and translators of the story, so it's not the wisest idea to watch the English version of anime. Some good English dub + translations are Funimation and Viz...sometimes... .That's about it. No 4Kids isn't good and neither is a lot of stuff being shown on Adult Swim, Disney XD, Fox or anything else like that.
