The dark brown bottle with a curved neck and leather holster was used in a Star Trek episode or two, and one of them is in the Science Fiction Museum in Seattle. Thus, it has a degree of collectible pedigree. $20- $35, perhaps. The bottle was made by Sloan Glass in W.Va. -- a successor company to Bischoff Glass, which has some aficionados. Dickel also had Sloan manufacture a huge Golf club head and shaft, which it used as a bottle as well. It falls in the same price range, if it has the golf ball as a stopper.

George Dickel Tennessee Whisky is aged between 8 to 14 years.
Neither George Dickel nor Jack Daniel's add coloring to their whiskey. As you may suspect following the distillation and charcoal filtering (a necessary additional step to make a Tennessee whiskey) processes, both of these whiskeys are virtually colorless. The whiskey is then aged in charred white oak barrels for several years (the actual number depends both on the brand and the number of the whiskey being sold). It is during this aging process that the whiskey acquires its soft caramel color.
Jack Daniels, George Dickel, Jim Beam, Elija Craig, Woodford Reserve, Blanton's, Maker's Mark, Wild Turkey, Buffalo Trace, and (I know I'm not supposed to give opinions, but this is fact!) the best there is: Pappy Van Winkle.

the whiskey boys were the men involved in the whiskey rebellion in 1789 (under the presidency of george washington)
George Washington
The whiskey rebellion happened because George Washington had a national debt and taxed people on the whiskey to pay the debt.
George Washington
Thomas Jefferson felt that George Washington's actions during the Whiskey Rebellion were inappropriate. He felt that using military force was unnecessary and that George Washington should have never allowed the Whiskey tax to be implemented.
