There was only one country that was never colonized: Ethiopia. Every other colony in Africa (including Liberia) was colonized at one point or another. As a result, there is no name given to this collection of one country.
The United States was colonized by at least four different countries in the 1600s. The nations were England, the Netherlands, France, and Spain.
Great Britain, Denmark, Holland, France, Portugal, Spain and Sweden all colonized the Caribbean islands.

Yes. Human life is thought to have originated in the Ethiopian region, and has been called Ethiopia (as a part of sub-saharan Africa, which was referred to by that name) since at least the time of Herodotus (484 - 425 B.C.) It is the only African nation to never have been colonized by Europeans.
