It is up to you to get your paper from a reputable source (read: real university). All of the psychology programs I know about require you to be physically there to take the classes. Further, most programs, especially clinical programs (presumably what you want) are not terminal masters programs. It is rare to find a psychologist giving therapy services with anything less than a PhD.
