Well technically Yes. Apartments exist around the Orlando, Lake Buena Vista area that Disney employees can occupy, however if you mean, are there apartments supplied BY Disney, No, those don't exist. Evidently though, apartments in the area may provide discounts for regular Disney cast members.
There is a Disney College Program that provides housing (Vista Way, Chatham Square, Patterson Court, and The Commons (which houses mainly international Cast Members)) for their semester long internship but Disney does not provide housing for regular cast members.

I doubt that the Disney World employees much care what you know. They probably don't want you having their home phone numbers or bank account information, but short of that, what difference does it make?I get the appeal of knowing "secret" information that someone is trying to hide from people, but there really isn't much of that at Disney World that makes much difference to the employees ... if you know the best time of day to eat, or the magic ride order that lets you maximize riding while minimizing waiting and walking, it doesn't hurt them in any way.
