Answer . Blue Cross Blue Shield is health insurance. Coverage depends on the plan you buy--some cover all medical expenses (Dr. visits, labs, tests, hospitalization and so …on) and others cover a portion. The less they cover, the fewer discounted services you have access to. If you have a pre-existing condition, you may not be able to buy insurance that will cover the first 12 months.

Various carriers may designate a different age as the year in which Mammograms are offered as Preventive service. IF the mammogram is DIAGNOSTIC due to finding a lump for example, the mammogram is more likely to be treated as a diagnostic lab test. A great deal depends on how the doctor codes the test.
5k on procedure and 5k on drug. This a lifetime bennifit.
It isn't up to the Carrier, for example Blue Cross or Aetna to cover it unless you are on an Individual Policy. . You have to check with your Employer or Group plan to see if… it is a covered benefit. . While there has been recent legislation governing the parity of counseling benefits, it stopped short of requiring employers to cover it. . So it is up to each employer to decide if they want to offer those benefits or not. . Try calling the Customer Service number on the back of your ID card they will be able to tell you if your plan covers that or not and how it is covered. . Good Luck!

They absolutely will deny you for it. Was my only "yes" checked box. I am a perfectly healthy 30 year old with no health problems or prescriptions whatsoever. I use MMJ for mi…ld insomnia & physical relaxation after exercise- was my only "yes" box and resulted in automatic denial. MMJ reduces people's other health care expenses but insurance companies like Anthem still treat you like a crack addict.
