Not sure of the question but I think your asking if you can breed an APRI and and AKC dog together and get papers on the puppies?
The answer is YES. You can go a lot of different directions with registration.
You can dual register both of your dogs with ACR - American Canine Registry - http://www.americancanineregistry.com and then apply for litter papers on the puppies.
You are free to breed your pet with another animal as long as that other dog's owner is willing. BUT the puppies will not be AKC registered because both of the parent's are not registered with the AKC.
Basically yes you can make puppies but they will not be "pure blood" in the eyes of the AKC or others who rely on the AKC.
A dog registered with the Continental Kennel Club can be registered with the American Kennel Club if one of the dogs' parents is registered with the AKC.
They can, but why would you want to?
yes
AKC=American Kennel Club CKC=Canada Kennel Club [I would assume] CKC can also stand for Continental Kennel Club
You can check on the American Kennel Club or the Continental Kennel Club.
