Can someone who's been deported foe a felony and deported for life come back legally if he has five American children and married to an American citizen?

NO, unless the illegal fights his re-opens the criminal conviction and has the charges dropped, OR if the illegal is able to get a presidental'governor pardon (but tihs doesnt apply for serious felonies).

Can you be deported if you commit a felony even if you are married to a us citizen?

If you are illegally residing in the US, your chances of getting deported are very certain, even if you marry an American Citizen. You will not be able to change your status nor obtain green card, citizenship through your marriage as your status is illegal. If the Immigration authorities find out the illegal stay it will lead to immediate deportation. You will have to return back to your country, then apply to enter the US legally. This will be delayed because of your illegal stay.

If an illegal Mexican is charged with a misdemeanor can they be deported?

The guy who said that if you're an illegal immigrant with a misdemeanor, you get deported is wrong. It depends on which state you live in. Democratic states are more likely to let an illegal immigrant go simply by paying the bail charges. In a republican state, the illegal immigrant may not be so lucky (I don't know the answer for a republican state).

If an illegal marrys a us citizen does the illegal person hace to go to native country?

An illegal resident can not legally get married in the US. In order to obtain an Marriage License, you must be able to prove that you are either a US citizen or here legally.

Can an illegal alien from Mexico who entered the US illegally is paying child support for his illegal alien children and is married to a US citizen but has no children with his wife be deported?

Yes. He should have had his wife start the procedures to sponsor his citizenship when they got married. If she knew he was illegal, she, too, could face criminal charges for housing an illegal alien. Since no illegal can enter into a legally binding contract, the marriage may not be legal either.

Can illegal immigrants can have support from the military to extend their stay to join the military legally?

I don't think so. The Army would not want to employ illegal immigrants and would have them deported.

Can an illegal immigrant apply for a visa card to travel after being deported?

Sometimes, depnds on why he was deported, however the fact that he has shown disrespect for the country and its laws may make it less likely that he will be legally admitted.

Will an illegal alien married to a us citizen be deported for driving under the influence?

Very possible. Being married to a US citizen has nothing to do with it if you haven't applied for citizenship. Driving under the influence has a lesser of a penalty than driving while intoxicated. Never the less, it is still a crime. If you do get deported, you will not be allowed back into the country and if you re-enter illegally, you will be convicted of felony re-entry after deportation and will spend time in a Federal prison. Another problem is how where you driving if you are illegal? Illegals can not legally possess a driver's license.
