Obese people have more fat in their bodies. The fat lines the blood vessels and makes the passage of blood harder. This means the heart has to work harder to get blood to all the organs in the body.

because when you are obese fat needs to go somewhere cause theres too much in your blood. so it deposits in the lumen of your conorary arteries (arctherlosis, spelt wrong) this narrows the blood vessels, less blood movement, so less oxygen, less oxygen getting to heart so it begins to wilt and die from oxygen deprivation- hello Heart disease.

This cardiovascular system's function is to pump the blood around the body. oh yeah. Obesity can have a major affect on this system. Like if you're fat. It can lead to such diseases such as corny heart disease, heart failure and even sudden death. Corny heart disease is where a build of fatty deposits builds up in the coronary arteries, therefore making them more narrow. That isn't cool beans at all! As the art supplies are narrow it will mean the blood supply to the heart is restricted. If the arteries are blocked completely it can cause a heart attack. All of this can be easily avoided by a simple lifestyle change; Eat healthy i.e. less fatty foods such as chocolate and foods high in saturated fats and sugars. In short, try not to be fat. Excercise will also be benificial and will help people lose weight. As people exercise the heart works faster pumping blood around the body faster. If the corny arteries are blocked this may prove difficult and people may experience a shortness of breath or chest pains. Hope this is helpful. There are many web stuff which will describe it more depth and may give a better understanding. Just type cardiovascular system into Google that is awesome. You'll be sure to find exactly what you want to know. :) I mean, Duh.

because you have more fat around your organs e.g. heart and you find it harder to breath also fat people can't exercise much so it's not exercising your heart so eventually your heart slowers down and gives up

Excess fat in the diet leads to obesity. Fatty materials accumulate along the arteries and veins walls causing them to become blocked and narrowed. This prevents nutrients and oxygen from getting to the heart. When the blood stops flowing completely and there is high blood pressure within the arteries, a heart attack occurs.

Fat can build up in major blood vessels. The heart needs more effort to pumps blood and if arteries are blocked less oxygen is getting to the place where it is needed. Obesity can lead to less excercise which in turn leads to a build up of more fat. The heart generally has to work far harder and this could lead to a heart attack or more long term heart disease

All body tissue requires a supply of blood - fat included. Every added pound of fat is another pound of tissue that the heart has to pump blood to/from.
