Can they? Yep. Should they? Nope.

Antibiotics which are developed for the specified animals are to be used on those specified animals. Using an antibiotic outside of its recommended use is not only illegal, but a stupid thing to do. If you are attempting to cheat the health system by using medicines intended for a completely different and unrelated species of animal on yourself or someone else, I can assure you that it will come back to bite you and haunt you for the rest of your life in the worst way possible. I can also tell you that your medical bill will increase, you may wind up in worse condition than you started with which will require hospitalization, and you may have to serve either some jail-time or pay a hefty fine if you get caught using a product outside of the label instructions.

Besides, doctors exist for a reason. Medicines--such as antibiotics, which do in fact exist in human medicine--which are made for humans, exist for a reason. Please, do yourself a favor and make use of these things, instead of trying to do something which you have absolutely no clue how or what to do with.

Do antibiotics linger in beef?

Majority of antibiotics used in beef cattle are at so low levels they are no threat to human consumption. Many of the antibiotics used in cattle aren't even used by humans anyway. Producers make sure they follow the withdrawal periods of antibiotics before slaughtering an animal. So to answer the question, they may, but not in levels that should be of any concern to your health.

Can a human live on cattle feed?

No. Much of the feed is too high in fibre for humans to properly digest, plus it doesn't contain all that much of a variety for humans to live off of. The antibiotics and growth hormones that is included in the feed is not good for humans either.

What is the meaning of murder of cows?

It's an animal rights activists term to anthropomorphize the slaughter of cattle for meat, making people believe that cattle are equivalent to humans and that slaughtering cattle is equivalent to murdering humans, which is not true at all. Cattle are not humans, not should be treated as such. Cattle, like all prey animals are born to be food for animals higher up on the food chain, such as humans, wolves, lions, and other carnivorous/omnivorous animals.
