you know i have the same problem as you cause i also wanna be taller than my dad
from what i know it is possible since most of my friends who have done growing are taller than they're parents like one of my friends hes father is 178cm-my friend hes 2nd sun is 180cm and hes older sun is 181cm so it is possible
also my grandfather was 6feet(183cm) and my father became 6'3(190cm),mu uncle(6'2)
and my younger uncle 6 as tall as hes father
you will become taller than him unless you have a much shorter mother and if you have taken by her i mean i looks and genes if you are like you're dad the chances are that you will be 1-3 cm shorter or 1-3cm taller that means 1inch shorter or a 1inch taller

∙ 15y agoYes, not all things are hereditary. Some DNA you share with your parents and some... is just you! If you are tall, you are tall. One of my parents are short and I am tall. It's typical, so don't you worry!
