I would think it would be chocolate chip, considering it is one of the originals. But then again, the most popular flavor could possibly be a flavor like sugar cookie or peanut butter. Heck, it could even macadamia nut! But in other words, i have zero clue what it is. I still think it might be chocolate chip, though.
not usually, but it is possible. plain cocoa would be preferred as a chocolate substitute. Chocolate is a mixture of cocoa, sugar, and fat (cocoa butter). You can make a passable substitute by mixing softened or melted butter with equal or nearly equal amounts of cocoa and pulverized (caster) sugar, adjust for taste. If you use hot cocoa mix do not add sugar and add double the mix.

They can both be used for dipping cookies, but when using white chocolate for this purpose, it's beneficial to add vegetable shortening. Per 16 ounces of white chocolate, add 3 Tbsp of solid vegetable shortening. Melt together in a double boiler until completely smooth. Alternatively, this can also be done in the microwave in 15 second increments stopping to stir each time. The shortening will allow the coating to become firm and glossy.

most are around 220mg or lower with exception of BAYS english Muffins are double in sodium in fact these are very good muffins but they need to lower sodium by 50% in order to be safe for eating. I guess we will have to wait until FDA rolls out there new regulation on sodium for processed foods.
