My brother had an aneurism (bleeding in the brain) caused by the weakening of the blood vessels.
He has become a completely different person, he swears at people for no reason and has become very aggressive towards our whole family, insulting even his mother.
We were all brought up on a very high moral code. Before this happened he would not even raise his voice in anger, he was one of the most amiable people anyone could wish to meet.
