yes with the cable that came with it if you dont have it you should have a memory card some computers have a card reader built in some dont you can pick an external one up at Walmart for pretty cheap

I think you use the memory card in your digital camera and insert that into the frame. I don't know how your frame works though. Read the directions.

Connect a USB cord from the camera to a computer. Then, go into "my computer" on the PC and locate the camera. In the camera's folder should be the pictures.
