Although there are claims of physical differences between the two, I do not believe a scientist could identify one's sexuality merely by visual examination, anthropometric means, or any kind of diagnostic testing that does not involve observation of behavior, written testing or personal interview. Psychology is indeed a science and psychological testing can reveal one's sexual preference, provided the subject does not attempt to conceal it.
