There really is not "should" or "must" in decorating.
Best rule of thumb, check the rest of the house... if the baseboards are all painted a darker shade of the wall colour, then there is your answer.
If you are "starting fresh" and are looking to make your life easier, I would suggest ALL baseboards and trim be painted white. It goes with everything, is easy to touch up if it gets chipped or damaged (no looking in the basement for the "right" can of coloured paint), and most important of all, it allows you to have different colours in your rooms without the difficulty of trying to figure out where to change colours as you pass from one room to the next. As for the vanity, I'm a big fan of white here as well. That is not to say you can't paint it to match or co-ordinate with the walls. There are some great bathrooms out there done with the cabinetry in colours, but if it were mine it would end up white. Easy to clean, easy to decorate around and true white is available from every paint company out there.

Typically, you would want to lay down the lightest colors on the canvas and then paint over the light colors with a darker color. It looks better because if you did it the opposite direction, the darker colors would still show through the lighter colors to a degree.
purple or brown Colors that they like or colors that make them happy. Why worry about taste, if a certain color will make someone happy, do it for them. In your senior years you deserve to live with whatever makes you happy

Only you can decide what colors they should be. If someone tells you, then, they aren't yours.
It depends on what the season or weather in like, spring you should wear lighter colors and in winter you should wear darker
A solar powered house should be a dark color (but not black) because darker colors absorb more light.
Usually darker colors such as mahogany and black will blend well with almost every color. Brown and red-brown colors are also very good neutral colors.

If all colors of M&M's were put under a heat lamp, the darkest colored ones should - theoretically - melt first, as the darker colors absorb more heat.
Yes that should make it darker
In order to assess the skin and oxygenation in patients with darker skin colors, you should examine their mucous membranes (such as their lips or gums), nail beds, and the palms of their hands and soles of their feet.

Auburn, because it will get off-colors if you try to go directly to a darker color. Or you could bleach out first and then go to the desired color.
The 360 is made for most TV's so it should work just fine, the only thing is that the TV has a setting that makes dark scenes darker.
I have two fair skin daughters who look great in pink, light blue & red. Purple & yellow look better on darker complected people.
