It is reccommended that everyone should eat three meals a day. If you don't eat three meals a day you could be mal-nourished which means bad nutrition.
Sometimes people think skipping a meal will make them thinner but actually skipping a meal can potentially make you put on more weight. Because you have skipped a meal and your body is hungry your body stores fat in order to stop yourself from feeling hungry, once you have stored the fat, you can't get rid of it without exercising or eating healthy.

skipping breakfast is very bad for dieting. you need food in the morning to keep you going until lunch or dinner, this is probably why you feel bloated. if you really want to skip a meal, lunch is the best one to drop. a good full breakfast and healthy dinner, no snacks between and you'll be loosing weight in no time.
