Word processing software is used primarily with text to create, edit, and format documents.
Word Processing S.W. is used to Type the text, Save, Format (Both Paragraph & page Formattting), Preview & Print the Text. Pictures, Images, Symbols etc. can be inserted between the text. Text search, Replacement, Cut/Copy-Paste options are the basic features.
Edit means to change. When you edit a word processing document, you change from the original to whatever you want it to look like. You can edit both the text and format, but editing usually refers to changing the text.

Instead of clicking on the print icon, go up to file, print preview. From there you can change how big the image or text is so that it prints larger font. If that does not work, you can highlight the text, copy and paste it into notepad or word and there you can change the font and the size thereof before printing.
Word processed document means that it was created in some type of word processor. That means that you can edit it, modify it, format font or paragraphs, copy text to some other file, copy text from some other file, print it, email it, etc.
One ways is to press Alt then F and then V. You can also click on the Print Preview icon, which looks like a page with a magnifying glass over it.
To add text to your project:> Click on Tools, Titles and Credits> Select where you want the title/credit(text) to appear> Enter the text in the space provided(you will see a preview automatically in the preview pane)> Change the text animation, font and color in this menu> Click Add TitleIn the time-line view of WMM (windows movie maker) you will see your text appear in the Title Overlay track. You can adjust it on the time-line by dragging it. If you wish to re-edit the text, double-click on it or right-click it and select Edit.
The Zoom function generally refers to the size of the text on the screen. You can make the screen text larger or smaller in many different ways, but you can't zoom to make it 2 pages.Although I have MS Word 2003, the 2007 version may be the same for this function. You can view a document two pages at a time by clicking on the View command and then Reading Layout. The document will automatically format to a two-page view.You can also view a document two pages at a time by using the Print Preview function. Click on the magnifying glass to get to Print Preview or select Print Preview from the File command in the main toolbar. In the Print Preview toolbar there should be a box that has a percentage number. Click on the small black arrowhead that points downward to bring up the options menu. Click on Two Pages from the list of options and your document should go to a two-page view.

You can write HTML code using any plain text editor, including Notepad. However, an editor that understands the HTML format is better as this can provide syntax highlighting and autocomplete facilities to help minimise coding errors. Most will also provide a preview facility, while some will let you edit the formatted page directly, much as you would format a document using a word processing program.
