If you met them over the internet, I highly doubt it. Love, in its true form, takes many people longer than three months even in person to generate. Often, instead of love, it is mere infatuation. The giddiness of knowing someone new/liking someone new lasts anywhere from day one to three months down the road. After this period, real love can arise. If it is in person, that 'new relationship energy' concept still applies. I don't think it's impossible, though. But highly unpractical. I would wait longer to see if your feelings are still the same. It could very well be love, in a weak form, that will only grow stronger the longer you know them. :)
Yes you can. It is possible. I just wouldn't recommend doing it. I learned that the hard way.

You can't really make someone fall in love. You might tell a person that you are in love with him or her; and if the other person reacts favorably, then fine.
