The licensing board looks at the candidate as a whole, rather than checking boxes off a list. If the board believes that the applicant will be able to perform duties, the license will be granted. If the board believes the diagnosis will interfere, the license will be denied.
ADDED: Probably the BEST place to get a proper answer relative to your state, is for YOU to contact you state agency that licenses nurses and simply ASK.
