Yes, once they have completed their duty in the Army. They can then sign an enlistment contract with the Navy. While they probably won't keep their army rank, they do have the benefit of years in service and the experience, which will likely get them promoted faster.
There is no reason why you cannot. As long as your discharge is honorable, there should be no problem. The ranks don't transfer, but the time in service does. And the experience will allow you to be promoted faster. And you can't be over the maximum age to enlist, though it may be tolled for active service.
i don't know about the navy but the army you defiantly can my sister has.
It makes no difference. If you have been in JROTC for 2 years (i think), then you get a rank advance no matter what branch you enlist in. If you enlist in the Army, you will leave basic training as a PFC. I am also in AFJROTC but i am either joining the army or navy.
Enlist in the Navy.
The Army: 42 The Navy: 39 The Air Force: 31 The Marines: 32

No
You might enlist in the army and help them fight the current wars, or if that is not feasible, perhaps you might convince some better qualified person to enlist in the army, or have children and when they are old enough suggest that they enlist in the army.
No, Seals are part of the Navy, Delta Force is part of the Army They can if they choose not to continue being a SEAL when it is time to reenlist, and enlist in the Army Delta force, but then they would be Ex-Navy SEALs. Besides, SEAL's dont go for Delta Force, they go for DevGru.
Go to a Navy recruiter's office and talk to them about it
