NO! There is absolutely no way that you could do that. Your body needs at least 2000 calories a day (assuming you do absolutely exercise) which is 14,000 a week. There are 3,500 calories in a pound and 52,500 in 15 pounds. In order to create a deficit of 52,500 pounds you would need to burn 7,500 calories a day which is impossible. Yes you can. BUT it's not healthy. Your body isn't meant to lose that much weight that fast. I did a boot camp at a Martial Arts gym and 15 pounds was how much people were losing in 10 weeks, but that was with eating right, and working out 6 days a week for an hour. We would alternate upper body M, W, & F with lower body (i.e. Upper body on Monday, Lower on Wednesday, Upper on Friday, and Lower on Monday, etc). We did kickboxing on Tuesday and Wednesday.
Unless you get gastric bypass you can't lose that much in one week. Even if you starve yourself.

Have a limb amputated. No really, you didn't gain 70 pounds in one week, how can you expect to lose it in one week? It would be aggressive to try and lose 70 pounds in 6 months. That would be 3 pounds a week and that is very hard!
