telluric, yes, meat freezer, no. it requires a gravitaional pull, an atmosphere of comlpex layers, and a jet stream. that's just off the top of my head.

This sounds like a great idea. Don't be discouraged by some of the other answers -- that's what they said to Thomas Edison! This would be like synchronized-fireworks-with-music taken to a whole 'nother level. Maybe you'll figure out a way to get Northern Lights to show up in the south.
