Not in any state is anyone but the female carrying the fetus decide what to with it. trying to force her to is illegal. She will need a lot of support to do this and only if she or the father are unfit as parents will the state take the child in custody. You had her and I'm sure you can imagine how horrible you would've felt if someone tried to make you give your daughter away.
