No hun you can move out as long you can take care of your self and afford to live on your own, but seeming you are pregnant and I see nothing mentioned about the daddy of the baby i would say stay home and let your parent(s) help you out cause you are going to need it. Babies and children are more expensive than they look and more difficult to raise than the seem. Believe me I have two and My husband & I both work F/T jobs and still have a hard time making enough to make it!

The age of majority in Florida is 18. Being pregnant/having a child does not emancipate a person.

In Georgia, you can leave home at age 17 and cannot be forced to return, whether you are pregnant or not (but you can't be kicked out until age 18).
