Anything is possible. My personal advise is, list our priorities and focus on one thing at a time. You do not want to overload yourself, and put yourself at risk of sacrificing one over the other, or failing at both. I assume you know that you must complete The Bachelor's degree before moving on to the MBA.
It entirely depends on your career planing.
An MBA (Master of Business Administration) is a graduate degree focused on business management and leadership while an MS (Master of Science) is typically a graduate degree focused on a specific field of study such as engineering, computer science, or finance. Pursuing a dual MBA/MS degree can provide a combination of business and technical expertise, which can be beneficial for certain career paths.

It's not a question of which is better, it's a question of what your overall career goals and objective are. The MBA is a broad scope in business administration. The MS can cover many disciplines and programs of study. So it depends on what field of study you wish to pursue. At his point, I believe you need to acquire a vision that is more specific in nature. You need to clearly identify the future you intend to create for yourself in terms of career goals and objectives. Once you have this, developing a road-map leading to those goals and objectives will fall into place.
