Completely unrelated. Communism is an economic form. Terrorism has quite a few definitions, but none of them are economic. I would say that terrorism is a tactical doctrine. Socialism refers to any political philosophy or system that is anti-capitalist and centers around social ownership of the means of production and human co-operation. Communism is a form of socialism, what people usually mean by the term communism (Stalinism basically) is still technically a form of socialism. It is just very bureaucratic and dictatorial, it is not in keeping with the democratic spirit of socialism.
Communism and Socialism are the same: a moneyless classless where the resources of the earth belong to all and are used to meet human need.
