Restoring the computer to it's original factory settings will surly fix your problem. To do this all you have to do is restart the computer and enter the computer settings by pressing F8 or whatever your computer settings are. Then change the restore settings to "restore to factory settings". You may want to backup your important files. Another way to fix your problem is to download AVG as it is a free anti-virus program.

∙ 14y agoWhen a computer starts up it will check various things to make sure it can start up. If a computer shut down / 'crashes' on start up then there is a serious problem with the computer. If the electricity stops to any computer even when it is starting up then damage can be caused to the computer. Using the disk you installed the operating system onto the computer restart the computer from that disk. This will allow you to run test and repair programs from the disk onto the computer. If the test and repair programs cannot get the computer running as normal then a technical person will need to find out what is broken
