The correct answer is none of the above. Delegates from all of those colonies signed the Declaration. You might perhaps be thinking of the Constitution. Rhode Island did not send delegates to the constitutional convention and hence did not sign that. It is very important to understand that the Constitution and the Declaration of Independence are *not* the same thing. Some people, including some teachers I have known, think they are.
