No! The Holocaust was well hidden from the world, and when word did get out most countries couldn't fathom that such atrocities could exist and it took them a time to let it sink in. Yes, Britain, U.S. and Canada to name a few liberated the Jewish people. Let us not forget there were Gypsies, Poles, etc., in those concentration camps as well and not all German people were under Hitler's rule. One thing we must remember during wartime is that propoganda flies high and I do believe that other countries felt this was the case until it was proved otherwise. Marcy
Yes, some countries did. Sweden, which was neutral, granted Swedish citizenship to Jews in Europe to protect them. Denmark, which was Nazi-occupied, sent its Jewish population to Sweden before they could be rounded up by the Nazis. After the revolt began in the Warsaw Ghetto, Great Britain delivered weapons and supplies to the Jews by parachute.
Untied States was one of the many countries whom at at first did not help during the holocaust
They talk about the holocaust?
Other countries, especially America, did absolutely nothing!
the Holocaust had no 'the Allies' per se, there were alliances like between the escape committees inside camps and the local resistance groups.
Those who have memories of the Holocaust have no trouble and need no help in remembering.

They didn't do much help because America refused t negotiate with any Hostile groups or countries
yes: America Soviet Union Canada Britain
Poland, Germany, Bulgaria, Finland. Maybe some others.
It sounds as if you are confusing the holocaust (genocide and mass murder of Jews, Gypsies, political opponents and other by the Nazis) with World War 2.
The U.S. started to help in the Holocaust when the Japs bombed Pearl Harbor.

Reactions were mixed as with most subjects in America. People's opinions varied from sympathy with the victims of the Holocaust, to apathy, even to sympathy with the Nazi party.
