Pro-life is against abortion. They think the fetus is a creature of it's own and that the mother does not have the right to decide whether it should live or not.
Pro-choice is for the woman's right to choose what will happen to her body and since the fetus is inside of her body and can not live on it's own, it's for her to decide.
ANSWER
To add to the previous answer, anti-choice individuals not only endorse the rights of the fetus over the rights of the impregnated woman, they believe that their viewpoints should be legislated, in order to curtail the rights of all women to make full decisions about their pregnancy. They believe everyone should be legally mandated to follow their opinion. They are pro-life in supporting the life of a fetus; they do not support women's rights to make their own choices in their personal lives. Hence, they are anti-choice.
A pro-choice individual may believe in or not personally believe in abortion, but they support individuals rights to make their own medical decisions (this includes abortion). They want their own choice and believe that every woman has the right to hers.
Pro life: against abortion, leaving only birth, support choices only after pregnancy and birth (parenting or adoption).
Pro choice: for birth as well as abortion, w/e the woman choose is right. Do not consider adoption as a option to abortion (many pro lifers consider it is) since birth is in that case a must leaving no other choice than birth.
A person who identifies as "pro-life" believes in the right to life of ALL people from the moment of conception until natural death. This why a pro-life person is against abortion.
A person who identifies as "pro-choice" believes that women have the right to decide over their body as long as the embryo/fetus is not viable (week 24) and lives off them. They are for the choice to terminate the pregnancy before birth or have the baby, w/e the woman chooses. They also support Birth Control and sex education. They are not pro-abortion since that would implicate they always choose abortion but in fact the woman's right to choose what is right for her until the embryo is a person of it's own.
Sometimes there are none. The different views are many and individual. Some pro lifers feel life starts at conception and that is often based on religion but not always. others feel it doesn't really start until second trimester and first then it can be compared to the woman's rights. Pro choicers are also divided but many have no problem seeing it as a life at conception but it 's not a life as the woman's - they are not equal or comparible and therefor the woman have more rights.

A poll done in 2009 show 54% but the problem is that the question was how they see themselves and many say they are prolife although they are for abortion for health reasons as in saving the mothers life which technically is prochoice. A poll done in 2003 where they actually ask under what circumstances abortion should be allowed, only 20% say they are prolife and say that abortion is not allowed under any circumstances.
