To finally clear this up once and for all we can only go to the Watchtower and God's faithful slave for an answer. Many brothers seem to be uncomfortable answering this question and beat around the bush so to speak.
Firstly remember Watchtower 1955 1st June p333, 'the governing body of the ''faithful and discreet slave'' class, which is under the direct supervision of Christ Jesus',
gives us the clear answer;
Watchtower 1989 1st September p19
'Only Jehovah's Witnesses, those of the anointed remnant and the ''great crowd'', as a united organization under the protection of the Supreme Organizer, have any Scriptural hope of surviving the impending end of this doomed sytem dominated by Satan the Devil'.
In other words, if I may be so bold as to comment on the Society's literature, all those who are not Jehovah's Witnesses have no hope of surviving unless they accept our message and become a Jehovah's Witness.
This doesn't cover all those who may be resurrected after Armageddon, of course, but that is different from answering who will actually be saved at Armageddon.
Our door to door work is vital therefore and we mustn't be afraid to hold back in telling it as it is just as our brothers on the Governing Body have so clearly done.
Considering the armageddon is defined as "the destruction of Earth" or "the extinction of life", no, you won't. Unless you're living on another planet.
Not all of them. Of the fourteen astronauts and one cosmonaut that go to the asteroid, eight die.
Armageddon simply means Valley of Geddon, which is a rather small area in Isreal. The final battle there is to be confined. So if the vampire is in the thick of it then his chances of survival will be slim. However if he is any where else at the time then chances of survival are good.
I believe not.
Yes, I believe so. They will survive just about anywhere.
I believe a Weevil survives by eating..... bahahaha
I believe not..
I believe almost all people with Turner syndrome survive to adulthood.
As Jehovah's Witnesses we believe that this is when God executes his judgment against all mankind. Only Jehovah's Witnesses have any hope of surviving this judgment. (Watchtower 9th Jan '89 p19). The rest of mankind ''will lie strewn upon the ground like fertilizer, unlamented, unburied, abhorred by the New World society, who survive. Let the birds and the beasts pick the skeletons of these white and clean.'' (Watchtower 1st Oct 1953 p607). God will then usher in a paradise condition to cover the whole earth as in Adam's day. This is why we call on people to preach the Good News of the hope that they can have if they become a Jehovah's Witness. From a Christian Perspective..... What happens at Armageddon depends on how you interpret the Book of Revelation. Basically, in this part of the story, Christ returns from Heaven and defeats the Antichrist in battle, after which Satan is thrown into a pit. Released from the pit after 1,000 years, Satan gathers his forces for one climatic battle and encamps against the city of God, but fire comes down from Heaven and destroys them. One of the big questions is whether we are to interpret this story literally or symbolically, or a mixture of the two.
If you believe in the concept of a soul then I suppose yes but what are you if not your body?
so they would "survive" in the afterlife
I believe only a couple of minutes.
