As Pakistan was part of India before 1947 therefore both country shares almost same language and you can call it Hindustani because initially it was hindi but due to invasion of Mughals and foreigners you can see lots of urdu and english words ..it's no more pure hindi.
Even you can see TV programs and movies are of common language. But now urdu is pakistan's main language which quite easy to understandable for indians as hindi for pakistanis. Punjabi is also most spoken language in pakistan and it's common in punjab and haryana state of india.

Well,If anybody really wanted to run away from Pakistan to India, then if he had any kind of problem in Pakistan, he would have the same problem in India (may be worse).
