To be a teacher requires constant learning and attending school, so teachers are learning at the same time they are teaching. When a new textbook is introduced to a grade it takes about 2 years to learn the textbook and requires teachers to take a 40 hour workshop in the summer. Students don't have a harder time learning because they don't have a family and a job that depends on them for support. Many students don't listen to what is taught so they do have problems when it comes to homework and tests.

Yes. If they didn't they wouldn't be teaching. There are times when some students are harder to like than others ( teachers are human and have feelings) but most teachers want the best for the students and for them to learn.

necessary in OTHER schools: if school is small and there are many students, the students can learn more things than whole days the teachers can rest the students will be "matutukan" than whole day because the class is divided teachers can have time for the grading the students after class. It is also unfair for the teachers to compute the grades of the children in their vacation the subjects are still gotten the traffic in the afternoon is mild the child can eat more healthy food if in home the teachers held more meetings high school department should have half day because they work harder and they are harder to manipulate and the teachers get more stressed. Some work part-time and it is hard to work on school days. Research shows that 65% of teachers working on half-day classes are not stressed half day classes can make the expenses of the family lessen and the child can have more bonding time with his/her parents
