There is no statue of limitations on any warrant anywhere. However you will not be extradited for a misdemeanor warrant. Yes, there is statute of limitations on misdemeanor offenses. If you stay out of trouble for seven years or out of the state, the warrant will go away. I had one for a marijuana possession charge and laid low for seven years and when I finally went back to AZ I was picked up for it, but when I went to court it was thrown out due to the statute of limitations.
