If the phones are from the same service provider then the sim cards will work in either phone. (i.e. Both phones were purchased from T-Mobile)
they both communication device
Sometimes... With T-Mobile and AT&T you can used the cellphones offered by these two companies with eachothers service. For example if you buy an unlocked i-phone (which is an AT&T phone) you can use it with T-Mobile. You can do this because they both use the GSM network which requires SIM cards. However you cannot use an unlocked sprint or Verizon type phone with T-Mobile or AT&T because they do not use the GSM network.
They both are not moble.
Many cell phones can be used on different carriers. Each carrier is different and it all depends on if you use a sim card or not and the frequency that your current provider uses. For example both AT&T and T-Mobile both use sim cards, therefore you may use a T-Mobile phone with AT&T and vice versa. The only downfalls is all of your features on your phone may not work with a different carrier.

They are both the same thing. Cellular phones are Mobile phones.
No. As long as both phones are for T-Mobile, it should work.
