This is not true, if you look up the definition of migration, it has nothing to do with hibernation. Some snakes do migrate periodically. Migration do not always involve hundreds of miles as in birds or caribou. See the Book "Ffiled Guide to the Snakes of Florida" by Allan Tennant for a good description of such a snake migration.
I will respectfully disagree, in all my years I have not witnessed reptiles migrating although I will check the source you mentioned.
The definition of Migration is " The seasonal movement of a complete population of animals from one area to another. Migration is usually a response to changes in temperature, food supply, or the amount of daylight, and is often undertaken for the purpose of breeding. Mammals, insects, fish, and birds all migrate. The precise mechanism of navigation during migration is not fully understood, although for birds it is believed that sharp eyesight, sensibility to the Earth's magnetic field, and the positions of the Sun and other stars may play a role."
I have never witnessed a complete population of reptiles move location due to weather changes etc. Not saying it doesn't happen I guess it could happen for lack of food but that would be the only thing that I could see that would make them change locations. If you wanted to use Migrate very loosely reptiles migrate everyday since they move from one location to get sunlight, another to get food and another for safety and shelter. In most peoples eyes when they ask if reptiles migrate they envision them moving large distances due to season.
My dictionary (The American College dictionary defines Migrate as: to pass periodically from region to another as in certain birds, fishes and animals" I guess that we are getting into semantics here but the question was do some reptiles migrate and I will stand by my answer.
Snakes do migrate just not the stupendous distances other animals might cover. ( See for example:Migration Patterns in Populations of Cottonmouths by Glaudas, Andrews, Wilson and Gibbons in Zoology Magazine, Volume 271.) They migrate back to their winter dens from their summer hunting grounds. Usually just a few miles but it does involve entire populations.
As for other reptile, seaturtles migrate incredible distances.

∙ 12y agoYes, most frogs jump. Frogs are active animals and, since they eat flies and other flying insects, they need to be able to jump to catch their food.
