You can get a CDL. But no company is going to hire you with that on your record. While it is possible for someone with a felony to get a CDL job (albeit difficult), drug convictions and violence convictions make you untouchable.
There are many companies that do not hire a person if they have a felony conviction. However, there are companies that will hire a felon. A person has to apply for jobs until they find a company that will hire them.
Typically not. You have to register with the state to be an investigator and apply for a license. They usually bar people with felony convictions. Also think about it, would you want to hire an investigator that him/herself cannot stay out of trouble themselves.
Yes. In fact, if one cares to look, General Electric is seeking to hire individuals for several positions in support of this operational nuclear reactor facility.
You can, but nobody will hire you.
What jobs are Staffing agencies hire felony in Dallas Tx
Depends how long ago it was
They could in most states, but it is highly unlikely that a bank would hire them. Actually JP Morgan Chase (formally WAMU), will hire you even if you have a felony record, so if you have a felony apply there.
You can not be discriminated against because of a conviction record. Not all employers are required to hire you though with a felony conviction. Some do complete backrounds checks because of high security reasons you can not be hired but you also know this when applying for certain jobs. This are usually high teck and government jobs. Common labor , factory, welders, ect... can not discriminate.
My felony was over 7 years ago and halliburton did not hire me..
Yes, it's not a felony conviction.
If you currently have a felony, you may certainly be one of the last on the list, but an employer cannot discriminate, they have to at least consider you
