It can be assumed that he did not die at the end of "Under the Red Hood" although not directly shown him surviving the explosion Batman and Joker both survived and Jason was right next to Batman at the time of the explosion, DC also went on to write a comic series with Jason as the Red Hood as the anti-hero, so one can assume he survived.
Sir Guy of Gisborne killed her with a sword because she said she would rather die than marry him.
Yes he died in the same episode as Toshiko preventing a nuclear meltdown in the last episode of the last series.

The second Robin, Jason Todd, was killed by the Joker, but arguably by the readers. They had this big set up where you called a number to vote on if you thought he should live or die. The dies had it, and Jason bit the big one.------------Improve Answer------------jason Todd was killed temporarily... but was brought back as a violent vigilante, who takes up many aliases.

Robin Hood died a terrible and gruesome death in the mythical and createrous forest of Narnia!

The earliest source of information about how Robin Hood died is a ballad called 'The Death of Robin Hood." It does not give the year in which he died. In my novel The Robin Hood Chronicles i conjecture that he died in 1348, because that was the year of a plague called the Black Death, which killed hundreds of people in England. Since there is no way of knowing when Robin Hood was born, there is no way of knowing how old he was when he died; my speculation is that he was somewhere around 60, but it is only speculation.
His wife's name was Marian, and she died from a sickness called ''Plague."
Last I checked, she wasn't dead.
The earliest source of information about how and where Robin Hood died is a ballad called "The Death of Robin Hood." I follow it pretty closely in my novel The Robin Hood Chronicles. In the ballad Robin is ill and is taken by Little John to the convent at Kirklees, where his cousin, who is skilled in medicine, is prioress. It is there that he dies. The ballad does not indicate the nature of the illness he is being treated for; in my novel I assume it was the Black Death, a plague which killed hundreds of people in England in 1348.
It never has, if it had, this question would be mute because it would not be known to anyone.
