It's the distributor rotor that you are looking for & it's under the distributor cap. Remove the distributor cap and there you will find the rotor.
unbolt the distributer cap and lift up. The rotor is under the cap on a pivot. It should just pull off. Keep track of the position of the rotor and distributor cap though. Just in case.

If you mean the rotor from inside the distributor. Just unclip the 2 clips and lift up the distributor cap then use a nut driver to remove the 2 bolts on the rotor.
