I believe it's ok to wear a brace (from the drugstore) for osteo Arthritis, however it's not a good idea to stop trying to move the arthritic joint entirely, since that can make problems worse in the long run. Try to remove the brace a couple of times a day (try not to wear it at night) and just try to gently bend and flex the joint in question. This should prevent the possibility of fluid build up around the joint, which can happen if you're not moving it it much. There's also a minor risk of DVT's from trying to not move the joint too much - but this only really applies to knees or hips, rather than wrists or elbows. If the joint is too sore/stiff to bend and flex it much, try a warm bath/warm flannel wrapped around it, then use an topical painkilling cream (such as Ibuleve or Deepheat) 10 minutes before trying to flex anything. You may find a painkilling cream additionally helpful anyway - they can be used alongside oral painkillers with no side-effects (unless you are allergic to any of the ingredients).
yes it help alot
A brace can be very helpful with some joint where osteoarthritis or for that mater any form of arthritis becomes a problem.

i had gastric bypass's also have arthritis pain what can i take, Tylenol does not help can barely walk
Of course you can. Durloane (hyaluronic acid) is a naturally occurring chemical that helps to lubricate a joint and by adding some more 'lubricant' in the early stages of arthritis may not be a bad idea.
This can opener is not hand operated,it is electric so its use should not be a problem for a person that suffers from arthritis. This question does not really apply to this product. This particular blender uses a simple and easy to use timer control and three easy to press buttons to control speed, etc.

It depends on what you mean by braces. A brace is some type of support. Okay, in Britain braces can be what we in America call suspenders for holding up a man's trousers and enabling them to hang properly. They also can be clamps of various materials to straighten teeth. In some construction works a project may need a brace to temporarily deep it steady. So, since it is safe to say that Cleopatra never wore trousers and ancient dentistry was not advanced enough to straighten teeth and Cleo was not a building engineer, no she did not wear or have a need for braces.
Okay is a saying

Yes, I'm okay. But why is Brennan asking Marisa if she is okay?
