Impeachment is only the first step in removing a President from office. After impeachment occurs by the House, the Senate holds a trial. If the President is convicted , he is removed from office and is no longer paid. If he is not convicted, he goes on being President as before. (Congress could give him a pension if it decided to do so.)
Surely he keeps getting paid while the Senate trial is being held. If he is convicted and expelled from office, he would lose his salary. I do not know about his pension in this case.
No US President is charged with impeachment at this time! The last President to face impeachment charges was Bill Clinton.
The president can't use judicial powers if impeachment occurs.
Impeachment.
No. If the president is found guilty by 2/3 of the Senate, he is stripped on his office and is no longer President . ( I suppose, however, that some might still call him "President".)
No. The impeachment vote is not a bill.
Death or impeachment of President....
It starts there and it ends there. Impeachment is the part of the process that is done by the House. Think of impeachment as officially calling into question some behavior of a sitting president. If impeached by the House, the president then goes through an impeachment trial by the Senate. Even if the Senate chooses to acquit, the president has still officially been impeached. There is a rough parallel with civil law. You can be indicted of a crime, and then be found not guilty at trial. But you can never say that you were not indicted.
Impeachment.
The answer is YES. The HOUSE has the sole power of impeachment. And the SENATE decides the case in impeachment.
The act of impeachment is a presidential one. Impeaching a president would resolve in the removal of the president by means of a congressional vote.
It is not there, while the president enjoys a great latitude in what he does during a time of war; he is still accountable under the constitution (through impeachment).
When there is a sort of misconduct held in the office itself or the government. Impeachment will be taken to order by the President/U.S Supreme Court.
